What is this for anyone know?
Was spotted on an MK at Newark show.

He probably set off with a bolt in it that fell out on the way to Newark. You should have caught it Chris

Could have used a spark plug. Put a HT lead and cap on it and have everyone baffled .

mmmmmm missing a windscreen......as well.
Looks like he has lost the blanking plug and in a panic found the only thing to plug the hole is a balljoint

They do that on loads of bikes too. Crack all the way around the outside of the weld. The trick is to orient the boss in a way its not effected by
vibrations as badly. Was this done with the rod end in, if so its not suprising at all.
