Cycle wings and wing mirrors and then just things like stamping the chassis number, covering the under dash area, making sure all bolts are
tight\covered and covering edges\shock ends\track rod extensions etc.
Oh, and remove the cling film from the top of the rollcage!

What cage is that? Is that an MK one-off or is it something they do as an option?

They will do it as a option, about 350 quid, I had mine made slightly higher as I am 6ft 4in.
