Full Race Type Cage

Anyone got a full race cage?

Can one be retro-fitted to an Indy?

Cheers

I have one on my Indy (although will probably add sidebars if I race it). Pics in my archive.

Not sure whether it can be retro-fitted without removing alot of bits although Fozzie has a removable one.

I am guessing you would need to weld the front part to the chassis at the floor and then weld the two top bars between the back and front.

Maybe some hassle but definitely not impossible.

Why not give Phil a call at MK and see what he says or even try MAC1 or MNR, all very helpful and have experience in race cars.

Yup, my MK race cage is removeable.....however, I would have to remove the rear panels and that will be a pain in the proverbial!
BTW my car is Escort based, like Rich, adding side bars later.
