indyblade missfire

Hi Everyone! Can anyone throw any light on why my recently built indy blade missfires at high revs if the bike airbox is removed and replaced by a smaller one ( so the bonnet will fit ) i'm told it needs ' flat slides ' in the carbs, any info very welcome. Ta.

probably due to air flow turbulence through the carb/injector body (you didn't specify which but most likely anyway).

Enjoy.

Hi
TTS do a jet and filter kit specifically to allow a blade engine to fit under kit-car bonnets which includes a pipercross filter. I think one or two guys on the list have fitted it so it must do the job.
