Scottish Area Builders
We seem to have a few new(ish) names appearing in recent weeks and I thought It might be best if we were to refresh the old list of who is where and
maybe even add a poll to get an idea of the spread over the country.
So here goes - with apologies to areas I may not have included. Starting south and heading North.
P.S. The reason I'm interested in this is down to a fit of new inspiration and because of the number of +442 chassis I see being built. That and
I've sort of fallen in with a crowd of people who do things. Walk the walk as well as talk the talk as the saying goes. Very inspirational
indeed. Scratch built - it has to be.

I know mate, but you're limited on the amount of options you have on a poll - hence the broad brush. I figured that all central belters are
within an hour of each other...
I'm right slap bang in the middle (almost)

sadly my migration north has meant that I'm just talking the talk at the moment, but once I get the kitchen finished and the hut built and all
the crap that should be in the hut out of the garage then I'll be buiilding the build again.
Moving is a real PITA when you have projects on the go, though the guys who moved us where good enough to load axles into the removal van they only
baulked at picking up a crossflow block, mind you so should I having just put my back out picking up a belfast sink
Kitchens... who needs them!
The missus apparently.

I'm one of those annoying ppl that floats about! Edinburgh by week but Aberdeen at the weekend.....I said Aberdeen to up the vote a bit but
thats where the car is anyway! Its a shame we can't organise some sort of meet, or a trackday at knockhill or something....would be good to see
al the different cars out in force up here in sunny scotland! I for one would be up 4 it.....when the cars done that is! Oli.
If your not living life on the edge you're taking up too much room!

Hi all
I'm based in Lanarkshire, and building to McSorley's 442 plans, which is at chassis stage (yes, I'm still welding ), it was
my xmas prezzy to me (40m of steel for xmas!), and my wife thinks I have finally lost the plot (she may be right too )
Cheers
Alex
