Brake lines
Which way have you run the brake lines through the tunnel area? Anyone with pictures?
Is there supposed to be a bush in the hole designed for the steering column? Or does it just float In the centre supported by fresh air?
Thanks.
Another quality post from B3Saxo!

Hi
I'll email you some pics regarding where the brake lines go. They are from Bob's car and some may be up on his pic archive. But basically the hole
furthest back on the master cylinder goes 1st to the brake bias valve then down the tunnel to the rear where it splits using a T piece to each rear
brake. The front 2 holes go to the front brakes, 1 for each one.
As for the steering bush, order one from lolocost. they are £2.50! plus postage.

I have quite a few pics of brake pipe routing on my site as well. I kept the rear pipe low in the tunnel on the offside.
I reused the original steering bushes from the donor

The brake bias valve isn't an absolute necessity in a BEC. More of a personal choice I think. Many BEC's have passed SVA without one.
However, I wouldn't like to comment on whether or not its required for a CEC.
Not much help though......... sorry
