can i have a higher roll bar?

after watching the video of my poor attempt of a trackday a couple of weeks back it does appear my head when wearing a helmet is a good 3-4" above the roll bar, making it about as much use as a chocolate tea pot!

anyone know if MK can make me one a few inches taller? also while i'm at it would they be able to make me one a bit more substatial? just see a bit of a problem as the car is all built etc so i'd have to be working around panels to fit anything.

your input welcome as ever

The front part is welded to the bottom box section. Maybe they could use your origional roll bar and then just weld in the top, giving you more height?

Baz at MK sportscars will fit you a full race cage in for about £300,I saw one he had done the other week,he just cuts off your existing hoop, and welds in a full cage, the rear tub does not require removing, but the boot top panel will require some reshaping.

Just a thought but you could lower your seat a bit. This would also lower the cars C of G.
