Paddle shift switchgear

We are fitting the MK paddle gearchange to the colleges MK project, just wondered how others had arranged the switchgear. No wiper switch needed. Not road legal either but if the lights etc are fitted they may as well be working. It will keep some of the lads out of trouble.

I am going to make a dash that fits around my 300mm steering wheel.
The wheel has a V2 veypor dash in the middle and the dash will house savage switches:

dash final
dash final

Thanks for that, ZXR where abouts are you located we're down in sandwell if you ever fancy a nose around and maybe show off your car to the students.

Nitram that looks great but my lads will take all year to acheive that, we will be using a digidash though which gets around a lot of the warning light issues.

One of my mates will cnc some sheet for me!
The beauty of my dash is that all componants will be within the 127mm zone of the steering wheel and exempt from the sva radius issues.

Good thinking.

I don't think our car will ever be SVA'd as the marketing monkeys from within the college will out in it and you can guess what will happen next. They're only used to a smart car!!!

I'm keen to use the car to advertise what we offer but whilst keeping it off the road.
