steering column bush lower
hi guys i attaching a pic of the above i cant get the outer plastic part of the bush to fit in the rubber grommet correctly .should the outer plastic
part fit right inside the rubber grommet.
or has anyone got a pic of there steering i could have a look at thanks once again simon

In your picture would the steering wheel be to the left? If so the bush is fitted wrongly,

the bush is definitely fitted the wrong way round, and it shouldn't be too much trouble to get it in right.
just lube it up a bit if it is tight.

so should it be fitted, so that the domed end is facing the engine bay (flat end inside car?)
also should the inner bush fit right inside the black rubber grommet like this ?

yep, so when you're sat in the car, that top face is nearest you.

You might need to ease the hole the rubber bit sits in so the rubber can expand a bit with the bush pushed in

is the wrong way and should fit in ok with some persisting
