Spring rates + exhaust manifold questions

For you bike engined mk'ers, what rate springs have you used front and rear? as I want to order my shocks sooninsh.
R1 lump in mine.

Also, in regards to the manifold.
4-1 or 4-2-1?
Will I see much difference with equal length pipe as opposed to unequal?

Cheers

Pez

You couldn't pwn your way out of a wet paper bag, with "PWN ME!!" written on it, from the "pwned take-away" which originally contained one portion of chicken tikka pwnsala and the obligatory free pwnpadom.
