Largely dependant on the overall spec and finish of the car of course, but it £5.5k seems optimistic IMHO.

I would want 7 minumum for mine.
Spent well over that on the build!
Nearly all parts on mine are new or reconditioned.

If it is a nicely finished car with nice wheels, smart dash, a healthy Pinto etc I would say that was a pretty reasonable price.
If he could make it amphibious he could probably sell it for £20k round here ATM

Hi All,
Considering selling MK Indy and wondering what would be a realistic price to sell at.
Car was first reg 2004 but has only covered 6-700 miles since then.
Basic spec using unmod. 1.8 pinto.
Tidy ,reliable ,if basic car .
See pics 88-93 on photo archive.
Any suggestions,
Thanks Mike

STILL considering swapping Pinto for 1.4 K-series for performance and taxation benefits .
