rear panel fit
further to the thread on here could someone please confirm.
Should the rear panel's curved lip fit over the round chassis rail that runs between the two square rails that run at an angle down to the lower
round rail? and should the rear panel touch these two square rails or should there be a gap of around 20mm?
I have the Baz style roll bar with the two rear angled stays and the rear panel flat lip in front of the raised curved lip is trying to ride over the
top round rail in the centre.
I believe that if I could move the top of the rear panel forward 19mm the top rail would be inside this raised curved lip.
Any clarification much appreciated before i drill the sides for attachment.

Does this picture help? Our rear panel is fitted tight on the bottom round tube, secured with pu adhesive on the bottom, up the rear stays and between
the roll bar braces at the top. The front edges are fastened with pu adhesive and rivets up the diagonal box section.

Phil, thanks, so looking at the photo and the roll bar rear stays your raised curved lip doesn't go over the round chassis rail?
The fit of mine currently looks like I should cut into the curved lip to accomodate the round roll bar stays therefore letting the top round rail slot
into the raised lip of the rear panel
Any one else care to clarify their fitment regarding the riased cureved fibre glass lip and the round upper chassis rail

The rear panel does go over the top round chassis rail between the rollbar stays but due to the position of the stays on this build, we didn't
have to cut into the curved lip.
We did however have to cut into the curved lip (slightly) on our first build to accomodate the roll bar stays.
