Wishbone Washers and steering arms
In the nut and bolt pack i got from MK, there are a roughly even amount of thick and thin washers, do i use one of each on each mounting, if so which
way round do they go ie. thick next to the nut?
Also is one of my steering arms meant to be bent, i cant rememeber bending it. I can probably bent it back, just wanted to make sure first.
Thanks
Chris

Wishbone Washers
Hiya Greggors...
Have a look at the pictures in my photo archive - they are of an Indy MK are assembling. Might be of some help?
I will be going to MK tomorrow - I'll ask and post tomorrow night unless you already know...
Cheers

Ive looked through your pics, but it looks like they havent put the washers on yet, as most of the bolts havent been done up. I dont think it makes
too much difference, as they arnt too different in size.
I need to know about the steering arm though, so i can bend it back if it needs it. Also what bolts do i use for the coilovers, as if i use the ones
supplied from MK. I read in the which kit indy build that the coilovers use 1/2" bolts, but they have different shocks to me.
Thanks

Washers - use whichever fit best to give a good fit in the anchorage.
Steering Arms - should be straight.
MK have changed supplier of Shocks from "AVO" to "Protech" due to superior characteristics of Protech. Should be the same
bolt.
I've put some more pics in the Archive too...
