Front wing brackets

I noticed on the forum that many of you struggled with the front wing brackets. As I am about to put them on is this correct

1) Bolt them in and then bend to fit
2) Remove, drill 2 holes and paint
3) Pop rivet into place

Have I got the right end of the stick as I can see them being launched into the garden very soon

Will Sikaflex be enough? Also if my bending is poo I might not be able to get much contact in the joint

Sikaflex (or similar PU adhesive) will hold your wings on easily without problem.

It'll be enough

Just put plenty on.

I used PU adhesive on the advice of these guys and it works a treat. Like the proverbial sh*t to a blanket.
Oh, and looks neater too.

I used PU but as an extra i drilled around 5 holes along the top of the bracket to give the PU a little more to grip onto.

i was givin this advice by somebody on here a while back.

Hope this makes sense!!
