MK model range
What's going on in the MK model range ? On the MK owners club website there's this competition to name the new car that will accompany
the indy and gt1 in the model range. On this forum I read about a GT2, as a replacement of the GT1. On MK's own website there's only
metion of the Indy and GT1. Can anyone shed some light on this please ?

Bart,
At the moment the Indy and GT1 are Mk's two models, though they are develping a new car, dubbed the GT2, with the competition to name it on the
mk ownersclub site. Rumour has it that this new car will be similar to but replace the current GT1. The rumour is that the 'gt2' will be a
larger gt1 with the ability to fit car engines in the mid engine configuration. There is also speculation that mk has sold the rights to the gt1 to
someone else and no more are currently being built.
beware the comments: speculation and rumours, I know none of the above as 100% definate.
