How much do I have to extend my motorcycle type indicators on my mk indy nose cone to conform to sva?

i think they have to be 400mm fron the widest point

Minimium seperation between indicators 500mm ,
400mm max from outer edge
min height 350mm to bottom of light
max height 1500mm to top of light
