fuel tank capacity

morning all

can anyone tell me what capacity in litres the Indy fuel tank is please?

I'm trying to work out if the gauge is reading correctly

don't know but can't you reach it with a tape measure?

IIRC it used to take about £18-19 of Super unleaded before fuel prics went silly. So I'd guess at around 20 litres.

Ooooh a hat trick


Just spoke to MK to chase up an order and they reckon it's a 5 gal / 22.5 litre capacity.

is a 36 litre tank going to be really stupid and annoying in a car with a 2ltr engine?
I've been thinking fuel tanks myself at the minute. er, argh!
