rear geometry?

Right all the suspension experts......as I understand it the indy has certain issues with the rear suspension and there are various ways to sort it, from moving bkts to changing the pick up point to the lower shock absorber mount
If I was to do this and make a bkt to remount the sbocker 40 to 50 mm higher would this be ok.....or would I need to fit shorter shocks????
Thanks in advance Simon

I will be using the shock mount for the wishbone and lifting the shock up around 25mm, I have trialled the shock above the upright and it is much better, it was bottoming out on the rebound, with the correct static rear ride height the shock had about 15mm rebound movement. Just need to make the mount stronger, I think 25mm is enough and the standard shock is fine at that height.

Will you have enough clearance between the outside diameter of the top wishbone adjuster and the bottom of the shocker like that?

It will need lifting about 4-5mm, there are slight witness marks on the adjuster.

i was thinking about having at go at this over the winter.
but was planning on making an extention pice for the shocks piston rod so it sits further down in side the shock, that way giving it more travel befor it tops out
