Loads of tigers - just not Tiger Avons

Jeffers_S13 - 6/5/04 at 01:54 PM

I didnt see any Avons except the orange one on the stand and I went both days. I saw one Stuart Taylor. I met one guy on the Tiger stand who had just started building an Avon and he was from Coventry aswell !

DaveFJ - 6/5/04 at 03:57 PM

There was one finished Yellow Avon in the Tiger owners area.

Finish was - interesting...

the wooden floor panels and black carpet tape to finish the cockpit sides were - different!

It seemed to be a pretty strict use of the Avon kit with little deviation.

Still good to see one on the road as it were

Yeah, it sounds 'neat' !

I cant believe I missed it then, I must have gone past the Tiger area a dozen times aswell !

I was impressed by the car control of the Comma Motorsport Caterham display dirvers.
