Ok, I've now got the correct rad, any suggestions about plunbing it to a pinto would be useful before I go out and get the wrong stuff. Also, how have other people mounted the rad ? Have you used the Tiger bottom bars, or used something a little more sofisticated ?

Whats the widest polo rad that will fit ? Mine is 470mm, 450mm from peg to peg ?
