I'm sure this has been covered and asked 1000 times but does anyone have an idea of quantities requires to build the chassis please

I think I ordered circa 50 metres of 1", didn't use 3/4 for tunnel.

I ordered 6 x 25x25x1.5 erw box. 2 x 20x20x1.5 erw box and 2 x 19x1.5 erw tube. These are all 6m long. We add a few extra bars over the standard book chassis for racing so this may be more than is needed for a standard build.

what extra bars do you add for racing? i might sprint or climb mine and cage it in future

2nd engine bay diagonal brace. Two diagonals under the dash to the tunnel and an extra floor bar. They are the dotted lines on page nine of the 2015 regs.

There are also a couple on page 12.
