Can anyone provide examples of how they attached the throttle cable to the Tiger supplied pedal?

drill a hole throught the metal plate on the top of the throttle pass cable through and fix with cable clamp.

I tried that, but I reckon I used too big a clamp (I used the one supplied for the H/brake) and it bit straight thru the cable! Just checking I was doing it right.
