I have a 2L Zetec and it seems to be getting hot. Typically what tempreatures are others seeing?

My 1.8 zetec runs at an indicated 90 as long as the car is moving then rises to about 98 when stopped in traffic then the electric fan kicks in and then brings it back down.Using a polo rad and no heater.
