Does anyone have any recommendations for rollcages, tiger want £600 for the avon is that about right??

depends what you want it for. If its for looks and the occasional track day then thats ok. But be aware that there are specific MSA/FIA regs if you plan to ever race the car and you wouldnt want to pay for another one at a later stage
