alloy wheel sizes

OK guys,what wheel offsets can be fitted onto an Avon ? Sierra is ET38, but what have other people used and what effect has it had? Help needed on this one, since I'm a complete NUMPTY when it comes to this sort of thing

ATS wheels with ET 35, I find they look great.
See the result in my photo archive under "ATS".
But this my personal opninion, I've tried wheels with a lesser ET and they came out of the wheel arches.

HI had a look at your pics the wheels look nice and they are not that expensive either, i need some wheels soon as the ones i had would have rubbed the arch under load ,also are they westfield racing seats you are using? if so join the club how did you fix them in, i ended up moding the bases to get them to sit lower then side mounting them.

Yes they're, but that's my next problem, how to fix them, I've put one in to see if it fits

I will take some pic of how i fitted mine in.
That offset calculator is good i would have brought the wrong ones!
