This week I have at last made some tangible progress.
1) shortened track rods so that the extensions fit correctly.
2) made alternator bracket to fit landrover alternator onto the pinto.
3) bought alloys and wheels from SkyDivePaul. Perfect fit on the Avon.
Its funny how suddenly, you look at the project and it starts to resemble a
car.clicky

Thanks fellas. The body tub was a Tiger Factory second. They said it might need some work to make it fit. So I got it very cheap. However, its a
mixture of colours. I'm having the car sprayed MERC Silver, so it doesn't matter.
Wheels are ET35 15 inch alloys with AVON tyres at the moment. Will be putting new YOKOs or TOYOs on for SVA though.

Only joking...

Its actually more a purple colour in the flesh Its called REGALIA.
I'm going for Silver body with chrome/stainless finishing details and then picking out the Purple chassis on some small parts eg Stone guards
etc.
