are they 11 or 10 inches open on the front??

the book "how to build your own tiger avon" say : 11.75 open on the front and 13.75 rear, but somebody here say it is wrong. I used 12.5 front but I had modified front suspensions to use sierra uprights.

Sorry Mark, I do not understand Did you ask me when my car will be finished? If yes, than in the mid of next mounth I will have registration, so in the end of next mounth car will be on the road
