Throttle pedal
edspurrier - 15/5/07 at 08:19 PM

Slightly suprised to find that the Tiger throttle pedal, when put on the bolt welded to the chassis, fouls the side of the chassis. So we thought we'd cut the pedal end off and have it re-welded on the other side.

Has anybody else found the same problem or a better solution?
Thanks

if you cut the peddle of and put it on the other side does that mean you can only drive the car if you have a passenger ?

I did not use tiger throttle pedal, however I am not surprised it do not fit!
There is lot of things that do not fit....

I have 'cut and shut' the original sierra throttle pedal and it fits fine...

I have heard that the tiger pedal is too flimsy and likely to bend unless you weld on a triangular fillet along it's length. I think personally i would make one rather than go with tiger's design...

i brought the tiger pedal and found it useless. In the end i too cut the standard sierra pedals down and have to say im very happy with them
