Can anyone put me in touch with any foundries/specialists in the UK that can cast me some magnesium wheels ? and then machine and heat treat them as appropriate.

I have one brand new and un-used wheel that can be used as a template.

Creasy castings in Sittingbourne, Kent. They happen to cast all manner of wheels and other parts for lots of the F1 teams, but also do one-offs and small batches. I used to work around the corner, and the stuff coming out of there was always really interesting!
