frost plasti dip

anyone used the Frost Plasti Dip? I was thinking of brush painting my rollcage

Hi
No experience with that , we used Blackfriars satin black, and its hard wearing.
Which you need when your using it to pull yourself in & out of the car.
Use a good Hamilton nylon brush & it looks like it's been sprayed.
First clean well and use a good anti rust primer, applied with the same brush.

Dunno .. IF.. the same goop.
But the Plasti Dip I tried.. the stuff one dips one's tool handles into for a colourful coating.
Is Crap!.. Avoid it .

Its good for a tempoary protective coating, but not as a permanant finish. I picked some up in the states, a spray can, and tin of dip. Only used the dip so far, and only to protect a couple of RC components from the damp.

Some people use it to do a whole car, but more for show uses:
