Credit where it's due, I ordered some bits from Rally Design and a brake cylinder was wrong.

Rang them up and was worried about returning the part (the post from over here would be more than the part was worth...) The nice man on the phone said no bother, you keep the wrong part and we will send over the correct one for free. Fair play, slap on the back and all that.

I ordered the wrong suspension bushes and they re-sent the correct ones before I had returned the incorrrect ones.

I expect they make enough business from people on this forum, let alone the countless other forums out there for various types of kit car, race car, and general motorsport.

In a nutshell, when you're making that much money shipping another part free of charge amounts to peanuts. They'll see the benefit when you come back to them and order again.

I too have been extremely happy with their service, and the technical know-how is second to none.
