Cigarette lighter
OK fairly simple question i am sure but I'm not totally au'fait with all this 'white-mans-magic' electrickery nonsense
I want to add in a cigarette lighter to my Tiger loom (for phone charging etc). Any suggestions on where it should go (on the loom I mean), what fuse
it should go through (or should it have it's own) , what thickness of wire to use etc ?
I would want it to be isolated by the ignition so it can't be used when the igntion is off.
cheers
Dave

Power Out
If you preferred you could take a feed from the ignition accesories point using 1.5mm section multistrand. Either wire it direct to fusebox or put an
inline 5A fuseholder. Connect this then to positive side of C/L. Your negative on the C/L would earth to chassis in normal way.
Some C/L also have an illumination which you could use sidelight positive supply for illumination.
A very straight forward job... don't let it phase you! Just get the fuses in!!!!
