Winter
A friend of mine knows someone in IT at the MET office in Bracknell. The word is that we are going to have a hell of a severre winter this year ! V.
Cold, V. White, V. nasty weather generally.
On the plus side, for once, I can justify the Landrover and the below 18 mpg that it gets.

hmmm... winter.... Maybe if I can have my car to driveable condition during winter I think I will try a bit of icedriving with it.... Our garage
is next to river. That will be fun

Well if the Met office say that I better break out my emergency supply of sun tan cream... lets face it - when have they ever got anything right ?

don't they say that at around this time every year though? and then it turns out to be the warmest wettest winter on record or something?!?!

I went there when it was Cray Valley...and my son left there 2 years ago.
