fan belt

hi were do i get a 850mm fan belt from
and please could you tell me what car it
comes from i ask tiger to send me one and they forgot to send it with my order so now i will go and get it myself....

I'm sure haflords sell them by length. Prolly expensive for what they are. Other than that - use an electric one! Give you a few more bhp.

Dont connect the belt driven one (to the fan at least!)

Use a thermostatically connected electric one. This only switches when engine is too hot...

Go hErE and click on FANS... sorry that website uses frames.

I think he needs a shorter one for the alternator if he's done away with the fan. Car spares shop near me sells them by length, 'V' belt type are not too dear.

yes i need the the one that gose round the alternator
and the top and bottom pulley

I bought an 850mm belt from Halfords for 3.99. I think the number is HB850 (the numbers relate to the length, ie HB900 is 900mm long etc).

I was in Bishop Auckland a few weeks ago... I go to Darlington quite a lot. maybe we can kick tyres next time I'm up?
