Sierra Front Uprights

Anyone tried using the Sierra front uprights with their Avon?

Im pretty sure that KINGR has used Sierra uprights- he has pics.

Yeah the book shows Sierra uprights with what looks like a chimney stack growing out of them!

Mind u Im going to have a go at using Fiesta or Mondeo uprights- that will be even more fun! (admittedly not for a tiger tho).

Looks like ur stuck with either sierra/cortina uprights Protofj. Ive been wandering round the scrappies alot recently (sadman! ) looking at everything from protons to skodas. Most seem to have rear mounted steering knuckles which I suspect is no use for locost/tiger builders- engine/gearbox in the way of the steering rack perhaps.

Did you see any Hyundia Steller's on your travels? They use the same front upright (and i think rear axle) as the Cortina.

Guess they're like rocking horse poo too though, I've only ever seen two, and they were both on the road
