cabin width & footwell width

Hi

Can some one measure the distance between the inner side and trans tunnel i.e the bit you sit in to see if it's as wide as an MK, also the width accross where the foot pedals go to see if i can get my big feet in.

ALSO

Do you have to use tigers bodywork? I know there are issues with the tub not fitting correctly.

Thanks

Have checked the book, the drivers side lower distance is 275inside to inside. ie excluding the width of the tubes. At the top its 285mm. I have posted pictures of my homemade pedals so you can see the gaps. What you might be more interested in is the distance from the back to the pedals. At 5foot 11 inches, I think im at the limit. BTW the passengers footwell is smaller.

Regarding fitting the tub. I have got mine on but it took some work, however I resisted cutting it down. Send an u2u if you want some more info. Sorting the mound marks is next years project once Ive got on the road.

Andy,

Surely you'd be better with a Viento to fulfill that throaty V8 hankering you suffer from?
