swirl pot positioning
hi,
got my swirl pot at stoneleigh but has anyone fittered it to the avon?
theres almost enough room to the right of the fuel tank but what do people tend to do?
i could probably buy some aluminum and bolt it into the chassis? also, is it a good idea to put some rubber between the aluminum and the swirl pot to
reduce vibration?
thanks,

If youre stuck you can put the swirl pot where ever you want mate, however you may need to put another pump in the system if you cant get it to
gravity feed your carbs (assuming you have carbs)....can you get it under the bonnet?
Just make sure you have a return to your tank!

I have the LP pump in front of the tank on the passenger side and the swirl pot on the driver side. I bolted a peice if steel running vertically
between the 2 chassis members and attached the swirl pot to that. HP pump is underneath the diff and HP filter is in engine bay...
so all a little cramped around my rear axle!
