Headlamps

Hello,

Whats the score regarding the mounting of the headlamps? I have seen some people mention fitting spacers to elevate them higher. Then again, I have seen some fitted directly to the chassis mounts?
Is it an SVA requirement to raise them up?

Had to raise the mounting points of the lamps about 50mm above the top chassis rail to get the required 45degree angles of visability req'd by SVA.
Mount them lower and the nosecone blocks the 45 degree view. - Alan

Jack up the suspension for SVA. It helps with the minimum height of all the lights

I did exactly what Northy did , jack up suspension. I drilled the indicators a tad too low and couldn't be arsed to move them.
