sorry lads ....avon shocks again

i would like to order a set of pro tech shocks but dont know the length, i know there is a few of us interested in this so any help would be appreciated....there must be somebody on here that knows the shock length....AVONEER, LIGHTNING..

12" fronts, I don't have my book at the moment as I leant it to a friend and I'm buggered if I 'm going under the car at the moment as I did my back in at the weekend. Let you know as soon as I can.

Perhaps I should say that I think the car is a tad low at the back even with the platform wound up. So either longer shocks are in order or the brackets on the chassis lowered. I think I will do the later. The other option is to lower the front. As this is only 2.5" of the ground I would worry about the sump.

im going for a cig in the garage when the missis comes back with them, where do you want me to measure to and from.
ie is it just the shock body youwant to measure.

most sevens are 9" closed to 12" open eye to eye this means when the car is sitting at the ride height you want it should be near to 10.5" eye to eye.
