You're using the 4x4 rear callipers too?? Might be worth considering looking at this as a combination and swapping both.
Whats the budget??

AFAIK hydraulic handbrakes aren't as long as there s a mechanical parking method.
Hole in tran tunnel and a screwy in the prop flange passed many an mot on a friends rally car !!

Passing an MOT at a friendly station and passing IVA are two very different things.
Hydraulic will not pass... nor will a 'screwy in the prop flange'.
Why would you want hydraulic AND mechanical handbrake anyway?

mechanical for parking, and hydraulic for hand brake turns round tight corners on a rally stage i think

I just need to pass swedish IVA and then im prepared to scrap heavy rear calipers and handbrake wires and justhook in to rear brake line passing down
the tunnel and put on some neat calipers.
Don´t expect to need very reliable HB in paddock....the are basically flat on our swedish tracks...
Milling out some material from rotor hub and drill/groove disks is an option but machining also costs money...so if there is any "ready
made" non fat disk´s out there...im intressted!
