Building a chassis
Has anyone built an Avon chassis from scratch? I'm thinking about having a go.

You could get better answers on the Tiger forum.

I was building a Haynes roadster and went to stoneleigh show and tiger had an amazing price on a fully built chassis, £399+ vat. You can't build
one for that when you add your hours up.

I started a long time ago.
The orange book is the best one, but still missing details.
there are also errors in it.
So be carefull if you using the books.
If you have the chance, draw it first in 3d

Please feel free to correct my bad English, i'm still learning. Your Dutch is awfull! :-)

Tiger did have an offer on the Avon chassis but when I enquired about it I was told it was just for the Stoneleigh show. It's a pity that a
full page advert for the same offer was in the Newark show program. I was tempted to build a GTA but only if I can keep the costs down.

I got in there as soon as I saw it, they didn't bother going newark and after paying my £10 to get in I can see why, a right waste of time.
