remote gearchange for ford 4-speed box (not T9!!)
i´m searching a remote gearchange for the ford 4-speed boxes with the following type of lever:

i need something for buying as my fabrication-skills are limited.
do i understand right: there are 2 options for the reverse:
no reverse
or reverse selectable, without any inhibitor?

Yes but he didn't go into detail on how and where the reverse detent was.

lots of the Locost Racers use the 4 speed and quite few differant idears

Hi
This is the reverse peg that's comes out. . It's a pretty easy job to remove it. With regard to reverse, I made a gate out of Ali to
ensure that I don't accidently engage revers. t his sits under the gear stick gaiter out of view

With gear out stick out of situ, you can it through the aperture looking towards the back of the box. To remove it you remove the blanking disc at
the back of the box and using a narrow bar through the gear stick aperture, tap it out . A little awkward but quite straightforward

i´m still searching such a remote lever....but there must be a device fitted that i cannot select the reverse.
