Mine weighed in at 636kg, but I had a lot of extra bracing in the back.
Never had the suspension done properly, but I'm sure they would struggle due to the bad geometary.

Mine was 460Kg but with a bike engine.
Had the geometry chacked, which averaged about 1 degree out everywhere. Managed to get all adjusted exept for one side at the rear which stilll is .5
degree out. Going to try and adjust it again now the suspension has time to settle.

Lightning,
How much difference did it make having the suspension set-up better?

It now goes in a straight line........ I jest not. Initially it had a tendancy to wander at high speed and you could not let go of the wheel as any
deviation in the road would unstable the car. Even on the flattest of roads
Now its stable at max speed with minimal grip on the steering wheel.
Going on a track day in 3 weeks, let you know how in corners. Too many big trees and ditches around here to push too hard.
However I did touch 115mph on the country road back from Plymouth today. What a screem Overtaking is a blast as well usually 2 or 3 at a time. I
must grow up one day........naarrr.
