Greenstuff pads

I have standard Cortina front brakes on my Locost, I want a bit more "bite" and fancy trying some Greenstuff pads.

Does anyone know of somewhere in the Bradford/West Yorks area that'll have 'em in stock so I can pick 'em up and fit 'em on Sunday ?

Cheers.

Just a thought...

What about Mintex 1144 pads? Got them on my Avon, and I think they are VERY good.

Larkspeed stock them I think:

Also if you order them from Need for speed over the phone you can pick them up from the EBC distributer in Heckmondwike but only through the week.

Another vote for Mintex M1144 (or the equivilent Ferodo)

The only time I used EBC pads they came away from the steel backing and they were hardly worn. That tends to put me off a product, as I do not like to compromise on brakes.

Right, I tried Larkspeed, but they don't keep 'em in stock, the earliest car they stock pads for are XR3i's.

So, anyone know of any suppliers of EBC or Mintex pads open over the weekend who keep some stock ?

Thanks for the help so far.

BTW JB, I've been following your website for years, the updates have kinda slowed to a stop, how about some pics of your garage for all us who don't have one and have no space to build one ? Not that I have an unhealthy obsession with garages or owt, oh no

Mintex

Mintex 1144 changed my brakes unbelievably, good stopping power and nicely progressive.
