How to wire the horn switch?
Trying to wire the horn switch on my steering wheel. The tiger loom has a long purple wire I have passed up through the Steering wheel boss.
Question is how do I do this without it coiling round the steering shaft? or is this normal?
Thanks
Adrian

the horn contacts on a sierra column (and probably most others) slide, so the wire doesnt have to move. It connects to the column iirc.

Just dug out the old sierra steering wheel and there are slip rings on it, but there is nothing on the steering column cluster which mates to these
slip rings.
Think I might just put a horn push button on the dash instead...
Thanks

Hey Adrian,
this afternoon I will post some foto about what you need. If you have the ring you must have the brushes if not go to a scrap an get it. It is very
easy to to. the ring you have in old sierra steering well have to be fitted in new steering adapter, it will fit perfect.
Hope my reply do not came too late.
