making more work!
I just won a set of 17 ins rims with two very good tyres +two buggered ones off e-bay, they usualy retail over £600 big ones i got them for £101
sorted!
Only they fit perfect on the front as the wings were set up for et40 these are et38 but no chance at the back so i have made the decision to mod the
arches.
I am going to(already started)widen them so they are both as wide as the wide bit at the front of the passenger wing, that gives me just enough
clearance, its making more work but the end result will be worth it(i hope).
Will post some pics as i go.

here's what I did after fitting 295's to the rear -
1) cut right round 3in from the inner edge
2) used marked up balsa sticks glued to the inside to space out the gap
3) glued think waxed card to the outside surface
4) removed the balsa and applied 2 layers of glass cloth followed by 1 layer of CSM.
5) heated up the card with a hairdryer and pulled off the card then wiped the outside down the white spirt.
6) sanded down the outside to finish.
only took two nights to complete, 6inch's thats rather small...
