Sorry, I've composed myself now, is there anything in particular that you need to know, cos the "build manual" is a little vague
Not sure that you would be any wiser if you had one.
I tend to do what young Luke SkyWalker did and use the FORCE.

Tiger build manual

Believe me you dont want one. They are absolute rubbish.
I paid 25 quid for mine , it consists of very poor photocopied pages and pictures and text that is unreadable.
You would be better of without it.

The two relays are for the headlamps and indicators.
The only additional relay I'm using is the starter relay from the Fireblade loom (akin to the starter solenoid on a CEC.) So, i'd say you shouldn't need any other relays - although the Tiger loom does accomodate for relays for the horn and cooling fan should you wish to fit them.
There used to be links to the Tiger wiring diags on the main Tiger forum at http://www.tigerownersclub.co.uk but They don't appear to be there now. (Giles Cooper is the guy that did them, so it may be worth asking direct to see if he can send them to you.)
I have found the Tiger loom to be way too long for my Avon and have spent the last week or so 'cutting and shutting' to shorten it and to get rid of redundant wiring such as for wipers, heater etc.
Will then be starting to splice in the parts of 'blade loom needed in the next day or two.

Andy.

It was me that re-did the correct Avon loom diagram that everyone claimed as there own. Giles only did the other Tiger ones.

I still have the XL file somewhere if it will help.

Sorry, Pat. I stand corrected.
I must be getting confused.
The only wiring diag I have got is a paper copy that came with the kit (looks the same as in the Avon book). It's marked as a Cat e1 wiring diag. but is the same as the Avon - i.e. 6 fuse loom and has Giles' name at the bottom of it.
The only other wiring reference I've got(which I downloaded from the original Yahoo! Tiger forum) is in the form of a legend i.e. a list of the different coloured wires and the components they connect to. Is it this legend you created or is there another wiring diag. available that I don't know about?

Andy.

Hi Andy,

It's ok mate, I'm not bothered honestly!

It was the XL legend that I did as there was only one at the time and it wasn't relative to the Avon loom.
