rose joint bush material
Hi there,
I am making my slowly growing avon's rear bottom wishbones.I have my own lathe and i make my rose joint bushs myself from miled steel, but I
worried about that if the threads will strip out.Is the miled steel correct material or am i have to use hard steel?
Thanks

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Hi mate,
Thanks for comments. The rose joint material seems like hard material but not sure(bought from tigerracing?)The rose joint is 1/2" UNF and I
make drill hole 11.5 mm (according to the search from internet) the result seams ok.
