Floor thickness

I'm having doubts about the floor panels (as supplied by Tiger) the material seems very thin and is quite a large unsupported area just where you are likely to put your weight....

What does everyone else think? Have you re-inforced this section at all?

seriously thinking of replacing it with 2mm thick ally......

I used 3 mm alu for the floor, bounded with the 3M stuff, and rivets every 100 mm.
All the other alu panels, including side panels are 2 mm.

I used 18swg and its fine. Rivets at 50mm.
It would take my weight easily, however when do you stand on the floor?
