27th is ok - I'll bring the silly plastic car again for you all to laugh at.

P.S. The 28th at Knockhill sounds even better to me seeing as there will be the British sprint championship there that day with a huge entry - but what do I know

The beefeater is along at the roundabout, follow the canal, about a mile from Falkirk Hosiptal

Hornet - 26/5/05 at 07:14 PM

Hi guys... gona try and make it tomorrow night.... Wouldn't mind anyone coming to or from the pub having a look at my car with their advice.... SVA next Friday
I live near Livingston (Village called Stoneyburn to be precise)

Cheers John

I remember Stoneybridge from Absolutely. Sorry, I just read it again, it's Stoneyburn isn't it. Good luck with the SVA anyway.

escary - 28/5/05 at 06:39 AM

Arrived at 7.50 to see a yellow 7 leaving. With it's sides and roof fitted, actually got a little inspired from Dunc ( who had started on the beer long before he got to the beefeater, i'll have to try that next time purely for its' inspirational qualities )

only the three of us, but still a decent night.

and probably the first time i've came away with a realistic step planned.

Definately will get it on to it's wheels this year!

scotlad - 28/5/05 at 08:13 AM

the sun'll be out next time...........hopefully! i ended up tidyin the garage!

Dunc - 28/5/05 at 04:54 PM

Cheers for the lift guys. Let me know the when you's want to do the group build thingy. One of the best ideas of the night. I estimate the three of us can get a hell of a lot more done working together for one day in each others garages than three days working on our own. Cold beer and welding, does that work? Just make sure its well stocked.

MarkD - 30/5/05 at 09:19 PM

Dunc & Ewan,

I missed this post. My wife was out that night anyway, so I wouldn't have been able to make it. I'll keep a look out for the next one - If I don't post saying I'm going, send me a text to remind me!
